About This Journal
The Professional Agricultural Workers Journal (PAWJ) evolved from and was created by the Professional Agricultural Workers Conference (PAWC) in December 2012. PAWJ provides a forum for professionals, practitioners, and others to examine and discuss issues as well as share scholarly work related to quality of life in rural and historically poor communities. The first volume and issue was published in December 2013.
