About This Publication
The Tuskegee University Cooperative Extension Publication (TUCEPU) was created in 2022. TUCEPU provides a forum for cooperative extension professionals (faculty, staff, Extension agents, and others) to share and discuss issues and related scholarly/outreach work (on, for example, Agriculture and Natural Resources; Food, Nutrition, and Family Sciences; Community and Economic Development; and Youth Development) with relevant stakeholders.
